Nordguard Reviews:

First things first! Have a couple Nordguard: Across The Ice reviews!

…And of course, you can still pick up a copy online from Sofawolf Press! Click here! ;]

ComicCon:

In a nutshell, ComicCon was fantastic! I haven’t been in a few years, so it was great to get a chance to run around, buy art and books, find cool comics, canoodle, break out some dice for a spot of gaming, be spoiled by San Diego’s weather and delicious sundries, and generally be entirely overwhelmed by the 150k+ people. I’m also pleased to say Nordguard: Across Thin Ice was very well received! Thank you to everyone who stopped by to pick up a copy and have it signed!

Also, Pi was running around most days of SDCC!

I really want to read Across Thin Ice but the shipping to Canada is a little punishing. :( Oh well, hopefully there will be a good option in the future for your international readers.

I was gong to mention on your FA journal, but I accidentally closed the tab before I got a chance to: the technical term for your comic genre is "funny animals."

Anywho, I ordered a copy. :) Any chance you'll be at MFF so I could get it signed?

We will be at MFF in the Dealer's Room, and more than happy to sign stuff! :]

I was a little confused about what one article said about the shortness: that you guys had to choose between leaving out important details and cutting the length to 75 pages. It seems that cutting out that many pages WOULD mean sacrificing details/plot, right?

Instead of trying to cram and trim 120 pages worth of events into 80 pages, we decided to just have the first book end at a slightly different (and earlier) point in the book. So, things that would have originally been at the end of the first book will now be in the beginning of the second. :]

That is a really good review. Basically, the only negative thing they could come up with is that you left them wanting more. Doesn't sound like a bad thing to me! :) Can't wait to grab a copy at MFF!
